KurKuri Palak Bhindi Fry Recipe With Video, Kurkuri Palak Bhindi is truly a delicious, gluten-free Indian style crispy okra/ladyfinger fry. It is one of the best side dishes to serve with spicy dal or any other vegetarian curry.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams bhindi (okra or lady finger)
  • 250 grams palak (spinach)
  • half cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • half teaspoon chaat Masala
  • salt to taste




INSTRUCTIONS

  • Rinse 250 grams bhindi (okra) in water. Then wipe dry them with a kitchen towel or just allow them to dry them naturally on a plate.
  • Then cut the bottom and the top part of the bhindi and then cut it and divide it into half, then taking one part of the bhindi and slice it from the center, same for the 2nd one.
  • Break the stalk of spinach and wash it finely .
  • add the oil in a kadai for frying.
  • fry the okra a few at a time until crisp.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining okra in batches, adding more oil as needed.
